Step into the future of dentistry where bioactive innovations are rewriting the rules of care. From vital pulp therapy breakthroughs to bioceramic sealers and next-generation composites, these game-changing materials are transforming how we preserve teeth, enhance workflows, and maximize patient outcomes. We’ll confront the rising challenge of resorption-diagnosed twice as often today as a decade ago-unraveling why teeth seem to “eat themselves” and revealing powerful new ways to save them when extraction seems inevitable. Packed with the latest strategies, techniques, and clinical tools, these sessions will equip you to manage complex cases with confidence and position your practice at the cutting edge of modern dentistry.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the science and clinical applications of bioactive materials-including bioceramics, bioactive resins, and their role in vital pulp therapy.
- Incorporate bioactive products into daily workflows to improve efficiency, predictability, and long-term patient outcomes.
- Recognize the causes, diagnosis, and progression of resorption, and explain why its prevalence has doubled in the past decade.
- Evaluate evidence-based treatment options for managing resorptive lesions, with emphasis on tooth preservation over extraction.
